Thank you for shopping with Iza Marté. We’re a small, independently run business operating from home, and every order placed means the world to us. Because we produce in small batches and manage fulfillment personally, we are not able to accept returns, offer refunds, or cancel orders once they have been placed.

All sales are final and by purchasing from Iza Marté, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We strongly encourage customers to double check all order details before completing a purchase. This includes verifying product style, color, sizing, quantity, and shipping information. If you have questions about any product prior to purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at customercare@izamarte.com

Exchanges

While we do not accept traditional exchanges, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. If your item is defective or an incorrect product was sent, please contact us at customercare@izamarte.com within 7 days of receiving your package and we will do our best to make things right.

 

Please include the following information:

  •  Your full name and order number

  • A detailed description of the damage or issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging (including the shipping label, if applicable).

This information allows us to assess the situation and determine how best to proceed. If eligible, you may receive store credit or a replacement item (depending on stock availability). Any claims made after the 7 day window, or without sufficient documentation, may not be accepted.

In the rare event that an exchange is approved, it will be issued as store credit only.  Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital gift code, which can be used on a future purchase at your convenience. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstance.

Store credit will only be issued if the issue is reported within the proper window and approved by our team after review. We reserve the right to deny requests that fall outside of our policy.

Please note: minor imperfections or slight variations may occur and are part of the charm of small batch and handmade products. These are not considered defects.

 

Additional Notes
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped and tracking has been provided, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.
